Eclispe Internet is a part of KCOM Group and is located in United Kingdom.
The KCOM Group is an Information and Communication Technology company and is providing
telecommunication services throughout UK. Kingston Communications, also a part of
KCOM Group is supporting small to medium-sized businesses through its KC, Eclispe
and Mistral brands. Eclispe Internet offers ADSL and Dialup connections to the UK
homes. SDSL service and a Leased Line service are also provided by the company in
the business market.
Broadband Services:
Two types of services, home broadband service and Evolution Broadband are
offered to the residential users in UK. Both the palns offer the highest Internet
speed of 8Mbps. In the home Broadband Service four options, based on the download
limits, are provided. Option 1 has a download limit of 2GBwhile the option 2 and
3 have 10GB and 20 GB respectively. The option 4 offers a higher download limit
and it is for wireless users. The option 4 includes a free wireless router for the
users.
The Evolution Broadband is a fixed-price service with no usage limits. This service
also includes four options as in the case of home broadband service. The users of
Evolution Broadband are required to follow a Fair Usage Policy since an unlimited
download option is provided. If an extremely large files are required to be down
loaded constantly the users should schedule a portion of these downloads to non
peak times.
The company also provides a Business broadband service with four level option. A
Teleworker option under this scheme offers 3GB down load while the other options1,2
and 3 provide unlimited downloads. However the users are governed with the Business
Usage Policy.
One month free service is offered by the company for new customers. The following

of business plan get limited free telephone service.
