Carphone Warehouse, a leading independent retailer of mobile phones and
services in UK, launched a consumer telephone business wing , called Tlk Talk during
the year 2003. The offers by Tlk Talk include telephony services comprising of line
rental, voice calls, internet access and mobile telephone services. Opal Telecom
Limited, also awing of Carphone Warehouse Group plc., provides the telecom network
to Tlk Talk for providing the telephony services. A mobile telecommunications network
provided by a licensed operator and approved by Ofcom.is adopted to carry the mobile
calls made by Tlk Talk customers.

Free unlimited number of calls to other Tlk Talk customers.
Only the line rental is charged for this plan.
Additionally the customers are provided with the free International calls, to a
selected 36 International destinations at any time for a limited period.
Talk1 has no extra charge for a paper bill on a 12 month minimum term.
Talk2
Free unlimited number of calls to other Tlk Talk customer.
Unlimited number of evening and weekend calls to local and national UK landline
numbers.
International calls, to selected 36 International destinations at any time for a
limited period.
Initially the company charges only line rental for a period of 12 months, there
after a standard rate is charged over and above the line rental.
Talk2 has no extra charge for a paper bill on a 12 month minimum term.
Talk2 International
Provides Free unlimited number of calls to other Tlk Talk customers
Unlimited number of evening and weekend calls to local and national UK landline
numbers.
Unlimited number of inclusive international ANYTIME calls to 36 International destinations
worldwide.
Calls to mobiles in the USA & Canada are also included at no extra charge.
The standard rate charged for this plan is over and above the line rental.
Free broadband Internet is provided with Talk2 International call plan. Offer includes
8Meg speed, with 40 GB monthly download allowance, 5 Email addresses with free online
protection. Tlk Talk on line security is offered free for 90 days. The company also
offers free wired modem or a wireless router on payment with easy set up facility.
Talk2 Total
This plan provides unlimited calls to any local and national landline number
with in UK. This includes evening and weekend calls also.
Free calla at any time to any of the 50 International destinations worldwide.
100 minutes calls, including weekend and evening calls, to any mobile number with
in UK.
Free unlimited number of calls to any Tlk Talk customer including evening and weekend
calls.
The standard charges at present over and above the line rental
Talk2 Total is only available to customers with a BT line. Talk2 Total is available
on an 18 month minimum term and a one off connection fee applies
Talk3
This plan offers unlimited free calls to other Tlk Talk users.
Unlimited number of calls to any local and national land line number.
Free International calls allowed to any selected country worldwide(36 International
destinations).
Talk3 charges no extra for a paper billing on a 12 month minimum term.

This plan provides unlimited free calls to all the Tlk Talk customers.
Unlimited number of calls to any local and landline number any time.
